Our property and casualty insurance agents and consultants are licensed by insurance departments in most states. The staff has over 50 years of combined insurance and risk management experience. These services are offered independently and objectively to help our clients protect themselves from the risk of doing business with others.
Our Agency Division specializes in construction Surety Bonds, as well as all types of miscellaneous bonds. We only represent surety companies meeting US Treasury standards. Our focal point has been on small, woman, and minority owned businesses. This has enhanced supplier diversity opportunities for our clients, as well as helped contractors take their firms to the next level.
What separates CIC from other surety agents? We participate in the Small Business Administration (SBA’s) Surety Bond Guarantee Program in most states. Our primary service is provided to small, women, and minority owned contractors, helping them overcome bond challenges. We reach out to general contractor to provide inclusion and assist subcontractors in meeting the pre-qualification bond requirements. In recognition of the contributions they have made to their country, we pool all resources to help veteran owned businesses. As an enhancement to meet Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) supplier diversity goals, we can create an in-house Owner Bonding Assistance Program (OBAP).
